CONSULTATION
Working alongside the owners the HOLT team is a collection of specialist designers, premium suppliers, project managers and expert installers. As a family business, respect and trust are the fabric of the company and responsibility is distributed based on strengths and skill sets. The HOLT brand is shaped by both tradition and individual talent.
HOLT invites you into the Studio for a one-to-one initial consultation where we talk about your project and how we can develop your ideas into reality. Should you wish to work with us o your project, a design fee per room is charged. We use the latest three dimensional software to produce detailed computer drawings for you to visualise your space until they fulfil your expectations.
Concept
PRESENTATION
First draft designs are created by our expert in-house design team based on the moodbaords and concepts from initial consultation meetings. We then welcome you back into the Studio to view visuals alongside proposed hard finishes. You will be guided through your bespoke design scheme and the offering of beautiful material options hand chosen to suit your individual style. Any changes or alternatives can be developed and implemented ready for quotation.
Follow up
MEETING
Following concept presentation feedback we progress to the stage of refining layout detail, material selection running through the final scheme with you. Once you are completely happy with designs and finishes, quotes are finalised and signed off. A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders. Any changes made to the design once orders have been confirmed will incur extra charges. Depending on the exact product specification of your order, some items can incur a lead time of up to 8 weeks.
Design
Once your order is confirmed, a technical drawing guide will be produced alongside a product specification which details the requirements for the project installation.
As a Design and Supply Studio, we work alongside your appointed contractors to ensure a smooth a convenient installation. Full balance payment will be due prior to delivery or 30 days from when items arrive with us.
